Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Pay now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Master Card. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, contact us and we will be happy to help.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in 1 business day.

Upon receipt of your order, you must inform us within two working days if and items are lost or have been damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

For orders that we send by national & international parcel carriers, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

For orders that we send by Royal Mail you agree to wait 10 working days after placing your order before making a non delivery claim. This is to allow sufficent time for wayward posted items to be redirected back to us.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


We guarantee your satisfaction.

Our product is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or hire purchase against mechanical and electrical defects. It is particularly important that the purchaser should carefully read the instructions provided in with the product(s) purchased, in order to gain maximum use and reliability.

The guarantee is only valid if this unit is used solely in accordance with the instructions and provided that it is not connected to an unsuitable electricity supply or dismantled or interfered with in any way damaged through misuse. Under this guarantee the company undertakes to repair or replace free of charge any parts found to be defective and is limited to the repair or replacement of goods only.

Nothing in this guarantee or the instructions relating to the product excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory rights.
